This class is a comprehensive introduction to Bouldering, including: what a problem is, how to fall correctly, basic body positioning, beginning climbing technique, and how to project a problem.

A new climbing class, designed to enhance your climbing skills while focusing on structuring effective climbing sessions.
While you're transitioning from beginner to intermediate, this course will provide you with the tools and knowledge to elevate your climbing abilities.
We will go over session planning fundamentals, technique refinement, route reading and problem solving, injury prevention and recovery.

Technique Fundamentals
Take your abilities to the next level with this Technique Fundamentals class!
This class is tailored for climbers seeking to refine their skills for tackling more challenging bouldering problems. It focuses on advanced techniques, dynamic movements, route reading, and recovery to enhance climbing performance. Geared towards climbers comfortable climbing 2.5 moons (V3) and higher.

- full gym access for 30 days from the start of the class

Family Bouldering

Families learn the basics needed to start climbing together!

This class is an introduction to bouldering geared towards parents and kids. The class covers how to climb and fall safely, what a climbing problem is, and beginning climbing technique. Offered in a fun, interactive manner with climbing games and lots of movement to keep kids and parents engaged. Parents will learn basic safety techniques to effectively supervise their kids while in the gym.

Yoga

Welcoming attendees of all abilities! Each class focuses on an area of the body (such as, hips, core, shoulders, etc.) to increase flexibility, balance, and strength.
Attendees are encouraged to bring their own mats. Ages 12 and up. Minors under 14 must be accompanied by their parent/legal guardian. Reservations open 4 weeks before the class.

We are here to help in any way that we can when it comes to climbing education. Whether it’s a scheduling conflict or specific requirements that our current course load does not yet provide, we will work with you to find a tailored solution for your needs.
